TULIPA KALLIGRAPHIA



Inspired by a love of flowers and a desire to create a piece using combined media,
this piece uses a collage of painted/marbled paper, textured pointed pen italic,
hand painted tulip and brush built up versals, both in gouache.

I completed this piece after a course in collage with Jan Ferguson,
and after entering it in the Coffs Harbour show in NSW, it won first prize.
