TRANQUILITY



This piece was written just after learning Italic and was designed to be traditional whilst maintaining
some level of difference to a more traditional layout. The lettering is completed using Japanese stick ink,
and the Hummingbird and flowers are hand painted using gouache.

This piece won 2nd Prize in the Royal Melbourne Show.
